Panton Lake House
ARCHITECT: Costantino Grand Jacquet
The existing 2,000 sq. ft. cottage underwent a comprehensive remodel. An 1,800 sq. ft. addition was added to provide a two-car garage, equipment storage, connecting mudroom and living suite above the garage. A neutral palette for the interiors is composed of washed white oak, painted channel-reveal walls & ceilings, Vermont slate and Vermont Danby Marble. The exterior is a mix of the traditional cottage siding combined with metal siding and a more modern white shiplap for the garage addition. The landscaping was updated with a more modern palette of bluestone and grass.
