Red House is hiring a Revenue Accounting Manager to take charge of our revenue recognition process and ensure smooth, efficient operations. In this role, you'll lead efforts to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and strengthen our controls.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee a timely revenue recognition process.

  • Oversee billing and accounting systems set-up

  • Design and support the project management system to review and approve actual costs and estimated costs to complete projects.

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP revenue recognition principles.

  • Prepare and update accounting schedules to calculate ASC 606 revenue.

  • Prepare monthly analysis of revenue and trends.

  • Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance workflows.

  • Collaborate with teams to eliminate manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management.

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting.

  • CPA preferred, but not required.

  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606.

  • Strong financial analysis skills and technical accounting knowledge.

·       Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and the broader Mircosoft Office Suite

·       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
